I am so excited for this interview / catch up with longtime friend of Like A Local, TJ Provenzano. We first got to know TJ at Brooklyn Oenology in Williamsburg and he's now at recently launched, sustainable sushi restaurant, Mayanoki (my-ya-no-key), which focuses on serving locally and sustainably sourced seafood.
