Mable’s Smokehouse – Williamsburg, Brooklyn: Authentic Texas style BBQ restaurant in a roadhouse honky tonk atmosphere. Southern Hospitality in Williamsburg, Brooklyn NYC!

Fette Sau – Williamsburg, Brooklyn: A barbeque restaurant with a bar focused on local craft beer and small production American spirits.  The menu is simple and focused on the meats, all of which are heritage breeds raised naturally by small family farms and contain no antibiotics or hormones.  The barbeque is one part Central Texas and one part New York Deli.  The meat is ordered by weight and served on butcher paper.   All the traditional barbeque cuts are served along with plenty of not-so-traditional things like beef tongue pastrami, pork belly, and veal heart.

Izzy’s Smokehouse – Crown Heights, Brooklyn: Kosher BYOB barbecue restaurant serving platters, sandwiches, sides & desserts in hip digs.

Fletcher’s BBQ – Gowanus, Brooklyn: Fletcher’s flagship restaurant is a 50-seat counter service restaurant in Gowanus, Brooklyn, honoring the uniquely American tradition of crafting pit smoked barbecue. They “create our own style of ‘cue that melds the tradition of wood fire cooking with responsible farming and flavor profiles inspired from the many ethnicities experienced while walking the streets of the largest borough of New York City.”

Hometown BBQ – Red Hook, Brooklyn:
