Industry City & Brooklyn Design Center Corporate Tour

Go behind the scenes with us at this state-of-the-art design, tech, media, food and beverage hub.

Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, is a 16 building, 6 million commercial square foot redevelopment, with 5 acres of open space. It is the largest privately funded adaptive reuse project in the country.

With amazing restaurants, shops, artist studios, co-working spaces and more, locals and visitors alike can explore for hours on end. Originally built in 1906 as a intermodal shipping facility to support manufacturing and distribution of products, it served as an important industrial site, but over the years manufacturing evolved and left the city, the site fell into disrepair. In 2015, the buildings that comprise Industry City were purchased by the same developers as Chelsea Market.

In the years since, the campus continues to grow and evolve in innovative ways. Explore the campus with our expert guides leading you to the best food stops & introducing you to the makers behind the Brooklyn made troves.

Our corporate tours are completely customizable to meet your exact wants and needs. With two tour levels, Standard or Deluxe, we will work with you to craft the one of a kind experience you’re dreaming of!

Experience Grassroots Social Impact

On your tour you will hear the term “social impact”, but what does that really mean? For us, social impact is making sure that we have a positive impact on the communities we live and work in, as well as the amazing places we explore with our tours. We believe that truly experiencing a place “like a local” means having meaningful engagement that supports local, community-based organizations and learning about their causes and the people making them happen. Just as we carefully select the places you’ll visit and the food you’ll try, we have also carefully selected our social impact partners to showcase the amazing work being done in our communities.

With 2 tour levels enjoy the ability to customize to your exact group needs!
