Shucking oysters on the north fork of long island.

It all started when...

Originally from Wisconsin, Lauren Beebe grew up in Minnesota, Texas and Pennsylvania. Perhaps that's what started her travel obsession? A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Lauren has lived in NYC since 2004 and in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, since 2008. Lauren has over 10 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Passionate about people and knowing the best places to go, as well as possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, it was only a matter of time before Like A Local was formed. She loves hidden bars, flea markets, and ordering too much food. Lauren is licensed tour guide.

Like A Local, LLC is licensed and insured. Like A Local is a registered trademark.
