FAQ

Fill out the contact form and we will be in touch to help you find the perfect tour for your group!
No group is too big or too small! With larger groups we may need to split your group into smaller groups to provide a better experience for your group.
To hold a tour date we require a 10% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance is due 30 days from the tour date.

Our cancellation policy for a full refund is 7 days from the tour date.
We have tour guides that speak English, Spanish, Italian and French. Please request your preferred language (if it’s not English) at the time of inquiry.
We are happy to arrange for a guide to meet your group at your hotel or business and help escort you to the starting location of the tour. We also have preferred transportation companies we are happy to help you work with.
Whether you have an office of partiers or need a sophisticated event, we have you covered. We love to host cooking demos or our catered dessert table!
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies on our tours. We will work with you to find the right tour or substitutions based on your needs!

Highlight of the Trip!

Great company outing

A few months ago, my company had the wonderful opportunity to work with Lauren to create a private tour of the Chelsea Market and High Line. We were able to pick and choose the attractions that we wanted to see and food stops that we wanted to try. One particular fun highlight was the hot sauce tasting at Heatonist.
