Our Flatiron Food, History & Architecture Tour now features Honeybrains!
Honeybrains was founded by two brothers, Dr. Alon Seifan, a neurologist, and his brother, Tomer Seifan, who has a background in hospitality. The idea behind Honeybrains is to create a restaurant that serves food that not only tastes great but also has health benefits.
The menu is designed to provide customers with nutritious and delicious meals that promote brain health and overall wellness; ingredients that are high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, such as leafy greens, nuts, and fruits, to create dishes that are not only delicious but also good for your brain.
The team at Honeybrains uses neuroscience to develop food that nourishes the mind and body. They use select ingredients that taste good and are good for you. The meals can even fight diseases like Alzheimer’s.
Ingredients include fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains and foods high in Omega 3s, as well as herbs, spices and natural sweeteners. Dishes like Power Oatmeal with raw wildflower honey; Honey Tahini Toast, Rice Bowls with choice of chicken, fish, steak and roasted cauliflower; along with salads and sandwiches. At Honeybrains’ signature “Brain Bar,” coffee and tea drinks are made with raw honey.
